I’ve been taking about doing this for a while now, but it’s finally all coming together!

I am pleased to be able to tell you that the launch of the Drinks After Dark Tastemaker Event Series will take place at Sanafir Restaurant on Wednesday, June 24th.

I’m just waiting on confirmation from the spirit company to confirm their participation, and then I’ll be able to announce all of the details, but for now, here’s the format for the evening and all the info you’ll need to participate:

arrival
mingle & sip
learn a bit about the spirit - the history, flavour profile, and then learn how to mix it
be surprised at some of the drinks that can be created with the spirit - especially in ways you don’t expect
mingle and sip some more

You’ll come away with a few recipes that you didn’t know before and the knowledge to create them at home!

$30 entry includes canapes and drinks; hard copies of recipes to begin your own Drinks after Dark cocktail book!
